  1. I need a converter (MacOS 10.5+) that can convert videos to the attached specs...

    What can you recommend? I know that Episode 5 might be the best but its also a littlebit expensive (999$). Is it worth every penny?

    Yup, Flip4Mac's WMV Studio Pro is the way to go.

    You may have painted yourself into a corner. You may have to encode your audio and video separately and then glom them together in some third-party resource.

    Ahh I dont want to do that... So the only app that can make theses 2 filetypes are Episode 5?
