    Hello guys i am trying to stream a Live TV channel.
    I tried with windows media encoder 9 :

    Broadcast live event
    High Definition video ----> this is the only way that i managed to get video on the input on windows media encoder , But when i am encoding/streaming the tv channel the client player(windows media player) is not receiving any video and sound ( just noise) .

    Can anyone help me please?

    Try also
    VLC Media Player(File->Streaming wizard)
    Flash Media Live Encoder
    RealProducer

    and see if they work any better.
