Problems with DVDFab when converting DVD TV episodes to Xvid

For some reason only when I try copy one specific DVD does the program go through all the tasks immediately and say Tasks Completed even though it hasnt done anything. I've tried upgrading to the newest version with no luck. All other discs work fine, just this particular one!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe only the pay version goes from DVD to a different format.

yeah no this is the pay version, like i said it just one particular disc that does this
