    i merg the subtitle to movie i burn to dvd but i have problem is "Speak before the translation"
    can any one help me please...

    If the subtitle is late by the same amount all the way through, then open the final DVD in DVDSubEdit and follow section 3.2 of the user manual:

    If the amount the subtitle is off gets worse as the movie progresses, then you put in the wrong subtitle file (perhaps a PAL/NTSC issue).
