Can anyone give a reliable way to change to default settings in the ConvertXtoDVD program.
I've tried right clicking in the box at the top of the subtitle editor. It says "Click here to set as Default".
Each episode jumps right back to the old, old settings it started with.
I have reset it by going in from the Setting on the Main Menu. I have reset them individually from each episode. Through the Source file, to the editor.
What I am left with is setting each episode over and over, with new Font, Size, placement.
Anyone know why the default wont hold?
A comment on subtitles, VSO should take a peek at their competitor DVD Flick. Although not real competiton over all, in the Subtitle area Flick has some stuff. Once the episode or movie is picked, the subtitle editor shows the film and sub. To some that may seem trivial compared with VSO-pck a jpg and type a line method.
Subtitles are becoming more prominent today, and more accessable. My brother says when he produces a film, it runs about 1400 dollars per language. If it is done when it first developed for DVD. Thats peanuts compared to all the work fansubbers put into this feature after the picture is in the can.
