Hey Guys, I'm new to the forum but not new to the site (have been coming her ever since DivX hit the market and succesfully converted divx to svcd with your help so thanks!).
The situation is as follows: I want to stream two channels from Bosnia-Herzegovina to the rest of the world, these channels are mostly political but have been blocked to the rest of the world.
1. Which is easier to stream on the internet the digital DVB channels or analog channels? And if so, what will I need to capture and stream the channels? (capture card? what kind of server?, how much bandwidth do I need?)
2. I want to conceal the source of the stream by rerouting it to a server in a different part of the world (like Iran for example). Now is there any way to conceal the source of the stream or do I need to restream the streams from another location?
Now I know this sounds a bit shady but I want the world and the Bosnian diaspora to see what is going in the country (most channels can't be received via satelite).
Much obliged for any assistance for this project.
