Suggested Capture Card

Hello,
I am looking to purchase a new capture card to get a little better quality. I am currently using a Dazzle from pinnacle and yes its not that good for Live Streaming video. I will be streaming PC games live and would like to do so in the highest quality I can anyone have and suggestions on a capture card that you would recommend. It will be streaming from PC to PC the via expression encoder. Just looking for some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Two or three years ago I participated in a test of 8 or 9 capture devices, both internal and external.
The overwhelming choice was the Fusion HDTV RT5 Gold which I have been using ever since. The current model is the RT7.
I know several people with this model and all are well pleased. One nice thing about this card is that whenever a new model or
driver is introduced, all of the new software is usable with the earlier models.

Video capture quality is great and if you are interested in TV capture, it has the hottest turner I have ever used, even better
than the tuner in my plasma HDTV.
