Video problem with Windows 7

Dear all,
I bought the pro version because I need convert some DVD to MPG. I installed the version 3.0.0100 and I have a problem: the DVD preview is OK, but when I play the MPG file, the video is not correct (like a snow on Windows media player).
I installed the K-lite codec pack, but no changes.

Try play with another player first like vlc media player or media player classic home cinema. They have built in dvd/mpg codecs.

And if it's a commercial dvd you must decrypt it first using for example dvdfabdecrypter.
