    Hi everyone.

Let's say I have an .avi video file V1 (movie) and language L1. Then other .avi video file V2 (same movie, probably different encoding settings and language L2).

I want to have a file with V1+L2. I've done a synchronization process like this several times using Vegas, by comparing and aligning L1 and L2 tracks. Sometimes it's perfect and almost no effort is required.

But sometimes I simply can't synchronize L2 to L1. Even if their lenght are the same, beggining and ending at the same point, there are no breaks, V1 and V2 FPS are the same... even using stretch tool equal L1/L2 wouldn't work..

I think I'm missing something in the process.. what elese should I try?

    Thanks in advance.

    I had a similair issue.
I captured a DV AVI file with passtrough, but the audio was noisy.
So I captured the audio (PCM uncompressed) separet but there is a limit on WAV, 2GB

So the audio was splitted and after long trying and trying I found out that there was just a few ms missing.
The missing msec I've replaced with the original and the rest was stretching/allinging.
The flag once raised will never fall!
