Hi everyone,
I'm using TMPEGEnc Authoring Works 4, to edit my recorded materials from my DVD Recorder. It is both simple and great tool. It allows me to cut commercials very easily.
I would like to know if there is a similar program to handle .ts video files which I've got from capturing TV programs through ProgDVB?
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,

ts files with mpeg2 or h264 video? If you don't know then use mediainfo to identify.
For ts mpeg2 files can you use Videoredo but ts h264 is more trickier, you can try tssniper, H264TS_Cutter or Transport Stream Packet Editor.
Hi Baldrick,
Appreciating your prompt reply.
The resulting .ts files are mpeg2.
I've tried Videoredo and it seems to be a promesing program. The problem is when I'm using it, the generated file after cutting commercials is only 3 minutes long (when it should be around 6 minutes). Do you have other programs suggested that I might try as well.
Thanks & Regards,
Just watch this video that the program gave you to see where you went wrong.Originally Posted by MounaLafi
