I'm trying to get a File that is playable on my Ipod Touch, Zune and Somy PSP.
Both the Ipod and the Zune are fairly compatible and can play their files. he Hitch is the PSP
I have to keep the file at either 480x Under 272, or 720x480 for the PSP, plus there arre other restrictions as well
Anyone have any advice for getting a encode that will work on all three devices?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Option 1) Use MPEG4 SP (Divx) with 480x272 resolution.
Option 2) Restrict H264 profile (for example, no CABAC). -

What converter are you using?
