Hello
Here is my issue / question?
When I come across a master (digital beta cam) without CC on the tape, I can't provide my client with a Closed Captioned cable lab spec mpg. (using Obtibase encoder)
I am wondering how I can add CC into an already existing mpg ? and then output the same "spec" mpg with CC embedded ...
I can grab .CAP files from a different source such as a DVD but when using stream digital rapids it doesn't support .CAP files
Is there a software that converts .CAP to .srt / .sami . / .scc - with no problems?
If my question is missing information or is vague please let me know
Thanks - all the help I can get will be greatly appreciated
