Hi all,
Pioneer have this unit for sale online for US$27.00, I would like to buy 2 of them, however they do not post outside the USA. It's impossible to buy an internal IDE DVD-RW Pioneer in Australia, truely a pain in the butt to know Pioneer Australia do not have any internal IDE DVD-RW drives of any description.
Just venting my fustration.

FYI that drive is a rebadged LITEON. PIONEER no longer manufactures their own optical drives now. It uses a MEDIATEK chipset. IMHO just buy a LITEON drive if you need a PATA dvd burner.
