I converted the following file into DVD:
Video: Xvid 512x384 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: MPEG Audio Layer 3 48000Hz mono 66Kbps [Audio]
but i don't have subtitles. I have a .srt with the same name file inside the same folder with the .avi file. The subtitles are added automatically in AVStoDVD when the .avi is inserted, but in the preview there are no subs.
When i play the .avi with media player classic or VLC, the subs are played automatically.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

But have you tried convert? I don't think the preview should show the subtitles. And after you converted you might have to enable the subtitles in the dvd software player or on your remote control.
