Dear all, I need a quick guidance to the right direction...
I need to develop a software that would do image recognition against the video coming from a camera. For example a car is parking - recognize it's license plate, or a name tag, or something similar. It would be nice if it could be done on a moving object which means a number of image recognitions per second.
What libraries are there to help me with this? Free/commercial/GPL - anything?
Thanks, your help is much appreciated!!!
Henry
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Have you tried searching with Google? There seems to be a couple of resultsLinux _is_ user-friendly. It is not ignorant-friendly and idiot-friendly.
