Thanks!
Thanks! As a long time user of MPEGVCR, I will definitely give this a try.
If you want it - don't delay - one day offer only
Excellent program. I use it all the time. Very user friendly. Don't miss this great offer.
Thanks! Christmas came early
Thanks for this , my MPG editing had been a pain the posterior
That page locked up Firefox twice on me.

From the readme file:
You have to install it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over.
Terms and conditions
Please note that the software you download and install
during the Giveaway period comes with the following important limitations:
1) No free technical support
2) No free upgrades to future versions
3) Strictly non-commercial usage
Also it wants to install an app that checks the website for other giveaways.
Thanks for the heads up!
I think I successfully stopped it from doing it though. I scanned the installOriginally Posted by stiltman

Nicceeeeeee!!!!
I'm a mpeg2vcr fan myself, but I can make use of the extras this nice program offers!
It checks your computer for apps that have updates. I found a few that I didn't know about.Originally Posted by stiltman

sweet..I'm gonna tell my friend about this..their wedding video is an absolute turd because of all the stupid transitions and nonsensical order he chose to put things together (I made a slideshow for them and he sticks it right in the middle of everything!).
end rant..this is an awesome program.

The only thing if you have to reformat after tomorrow then you cant use the program again.
Ben Johnson-I didnt take any stereos!
I'm wondering if it will be reinstallable in the future, for example when Win7 is released. For this reason I'm going to get it into my XP partition disk image.

When started up...mine says 30 day free trial...
I hope they will send me the serial # to keep it activated.Losing one's sense of humor....
is nothing to laugh at.
The serial number is in the readme text file in the same folder as the setup file.
Much thanks

After full install, copy the folder in the Programs directory to a new location and export the key HKCU\software\womble. Then zip them up togetherOriginally Posted by johns0
1. On new computer, unzip to the programs directory, create a new shortcut
2.double click your reg file to import it into your registry
3.start the program
or skip 2 and just add the key in manually
If it could cure the user's bad taste and poor sense of organization, it would really be super software. Sadly, all it can do is follow the user's instructions accurately and efficiently.Originally Posted by greymalkin

This works great.......I installed it on my laptop (XP32), then copied the the install folder and reg key to my desktop (Vista 64) system. It works perfectly. I tried it on some HDV footage and it worked great. I only want it for simple cuts and it seams to do the job well. After full install, copy the folder in the Programs directory to a new location and export the key HKCU\software\womble. OK, I downloaded it and installed it and I have a question. How the hell do you exit out of it? I have had to use the Task Manager to kill it because the X symbol one would normally use to close it is greyed out and can't be selected. I didn't find a Close option under any of the buttons, unless maybe I missed something.
There should be a toolbar showing with all of the various component icons on it. There will be an Exit icon at the right (door) as well as the normal closing "X" above it.
There is a second small window bar with exit on the right side.Originally Posted by jman98Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

What an annoying design.
I uninstalled it and deleted all the reg files pertaining to womble and the womble folder i copied to d drive still works so wasnt sure, you did try it on another computer without using the reg file first to see if it asked for a key code?Originally Posted by stiltmanBen Johnson-I didnt take any stereos!
By using the component layout options (third icon from right on toolbar), you can resize and reposition the various tool windows to your preference.Originally Posted by jagabo
