How to add personal signature or logo

I'm pretty familiar with subbing program now and been uploading subbed videos on youtube.

I notice that some users, have their "trademark" or logo embedded into their video.

such as..

http://www.youtube.com/user/CJWTown

THis user has CJW sign on every video that he subs (that says CWJ), I was wondering how to make it.

I use aegisub (save it as .ass) then use subtitle workshop (to make it ssa) then use virtual dub to hardsub it.

so if anybody tell me how to make a trade mark, that would be great.
