I typically need to "fix" (Tools->fix) several AVIs at once. Instead of using the GUI, is there a command-line command I can use? Or is there a way to queue up several AVIs in the GUI for fixing?

I found this command line on an Ubuntu forum:
Not sure if it's the same as ffmpegX uses, but there's a good chance it is.Code:mencoder damaged_file.avi -idx -oac copy -ovc copy -o fixed_file.avi
