    I can't see if in the list of formats to convert too..possible missed it or it's called something else?

    ffmpegX doesn't convert to Photo JPEG (image sequence), nor to Motion JPEG A or B (the video codec).
    Check out QuickTime Pro for that.

    Thanks Case...guess I need to downgrade Quicktime because Quicktime X (Snow Leopard) doesn't appear to have Photo-JPEG as a format to save files.
