Is there a way to have background music that plays as I navigate different menus and timelines, and the music is never interrupted, it just keeps playing? I'm using Adobe Encore to author DVDs.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Nope, but you can create a multi cell motion menu, read https://forum.videohelp.com/topic319476.html#1640784.

However, even a multi-cell menu won't solve your problem. The bottom line is that the DVD specification simply does not allow for a method to have continuous background music across menu changes. Period. The best you can do is not use loud music on menu screens, and have it fade in and out at the start/end of a cycle. This makes it less obvious when it changes.
