Hello, last night I tried capturing some material I shot with my Canon HV20 in HDV Split, but I was told that the camcorder was not recognized or connected, which it was via FireWire. I don't understand because this has never happened to me before. Does somebody know what the problem might be? Or how I may be able to get my computer to recognize my camcorder again? X_X

First thing I would do is try camera on a different computer.

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that, I just don't have another computer in my house. I'll see if I can tomorrow, though.
