I have 2 19" monitors acting as one monitor when playing a video if I move the video player to the right screen the video starts to dissapre but if I move the player all the way over the the right screen it plays the just fine. Also when I try to play a video on full screen it only show up on the left screen nothing on the right, what could be wrong & how do I fix it it really annoying.

Probably video overlay, try disable it in for example wmp under tools->options->performance and set the acceleration to none or start play two videos at same time and the second is usually without any overlay/hardware acceleration.

  3. To confirm Baldrick's suspicion, it is exactly how DirectShow does its thing.

  4. Try using a player like MPCHC and setting the output to VMR9 renderless. I can get a video to span both displays using that.

    I had the same problem.

Baldrick was right. What worked for me was to UNCHECK the "Use overlays" box.
