    Does anyone here know if there's a way to tell when an FLV file was encoded? Something perhaps similar to EXIF information in photos? If so, what program can I use to determine this?

    If the creationdate MetaData is in the file then this Property Sheet extension will display it:

    http://www.buraks.com/flvmdv/

    Of course, even the example they give displays "creationdate:unknown". Not all FLV files will have the date embedded.

    I discovered that mediainfo shows the encode date
