Edit M2TS and saving it as M2TS

Hello,

I have a large M2TS file, too large for me to import to Sony Vegas (I keep getting an error message when I try to import it). So I'm looking for a software where I can edit M2TS file and trim out the parts I want so I can load the M2TS file into Vegas. Is there such a software?
