Since a freeware one has been posted, I'll post mine. This works with every kind of MKV I have run into, including x264 with DTS sound!

MKV: Merely Krappy Video.
Subbers, a request from an avid viewer: Either don't use mkv, or supply avi or mp4 as an alternative.
