When I encode VCD using 2300 kb/s and then play the CD in my DVD player, the time shown on it is doubled what it should be.
When I use VCDeasy and use the chapters option to build the bin file,
all the chapter times are also doubled what they should be.
Is this because the DVD player is going by the size of the mpg file?
I know that standard VCD is 1150 KB/s
When I use DVD2SVCD on a DVD and then play it on my DVD player, the timer setting is correct.
Is there a trick when I am using VCDeasy or TSCV that can show the time correctly on my DVD player?
