Placing a website link in my personal videos?

Hello my name is Dave. It has been a long time since I’ve done any video editing. I want to take my video clips and place my website link on the video itself. As people watch through the entire video my link is on every frame. I know it is probably very easy. What program should I use to do this? I’m not looking for something expensive with a lot of capabilities, just something I can perform that task. If you know any trial versions of a program that is user friendly and will get the job done. If I wanted to do some video editing in the future of my home videos what would be a great program for my basic editing needs? Any help I can get would help me out a lot.

What Kind of computer do you have?
Do you have any kind of video editing software on your computer at the moment?
