How to manage tool update email notifications?

I'm receiving email notices for several tools when they're updated with new versions. Where/how do I manage that feature? I can't find it under my profile. Ideally, I would like to see a list of the tools for which I'm receiving email notices with the option to continue/cancel, add other tools to the list, etc.

Login to the forum and then go the tools page and you will see a link at the top to list all your watched tools ( http://www.videohelp.com/tools?listnotifytools=1 ). Click on Notify me to stop watch or watch.
