Hi all,
The people in charge of replicating one DVD I made sent me a report telling me that the master DVD has failed. He didn't tell me why though.
The DVD was playing fine both on my end and my client's.
Attach is the report. If anybody has any advice please share.
Thanks,
Phil

Perhaps I am reading your message wrong, but I got the impression you sent them a DVD to replicate for you. According to that report you linked, the drive they were attempting to read it on is a Plextor 40X CDROM drive. It won't read a DVD.
Your impression was right, that report came from the people in charge of mass replicating the DVD.
He did tell me that he was able to copy the DVD and I don't know if he copied it with the same drive, I guess not.
Thanks for the heads up.
Phil
Hahaha .... who did you send this too? DVD in a CD-ROM? Really?!

Do not send anymore disc to them.
