Ok, nevermind - found out that I have to actually use separate audio sources, with an MPEG2 with no audio, and make the appropriate selections in the interface. Could be more intuitive (and logical).
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
