Is there any paid tool for swf conversion?

I need a tool which can convert all video/flash file formats into image by extracting the frames.

I tried FFMPEG but it's not working for swf, so thinking of switching to some other tool.
Anyone can assist to come out of this issue?

Yes, get a trial version of After Effects. Select File->Import->File. Select your SWF file. Drag it onto the composition panel. Select File->Export->Image Sequence->OK. Select what folder where you want all the images. (You may want to create a new folder to keep all the images.) Select Save. Voilà!
