Hi, I live in PAL land (Aus).
Is there a program to monitor a nominated mux (containing say 2 to 5 logical channels) and report the bitrate of each channel "on the fly" ? Even less than "on the fly" would be handy.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Is this an MPeg2 TS stream?
Is it off a computer tuner? Firewire?
If MPeg-TS, you can view/separate the various PIDs and individual A/V stream info from an m2t file with HDTVtoMPEG2.
Some computer tuner software realtime display this info by subchannel.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

Aus,
PAL SD=576i25, HD=various usually 1440i25 or 720p25
all OTA mpeg2 .TS
Tuner is a DigitalNow TinyTwin USB which is twin SD/HDTV tuners.
Only s/w with it is WebScheduler and DNTVLive.
Was hoping there could be a "file-less" monitoring program around
