    I've got an AVI of a program that plays the audio out of sync. When I watch it using VLC, I can get the audio and video back into sync by pressing the audio sync delay keys to a value of 1900ms. Now if I was to transcode this using ffmpeg is there a flag I could send it to duplicate what I get using VLC's audio delay funcition?
