Can Windows Movie Maker capture photos while playing video?

I would like to capture some pictures from a home video and then send then to a store print service for printing. Do you know whether I can capture the photos while play the video by the Windows Movie Maker?

Yes. Click on the camera icon (tooltip says "Take picture") that is in the lower right of the view window.
You can pause and capture the still or I think you can capture on the fly.

(IOW, while live camera/vcr is playing into your pc you can cap as stills or as video (but not both simultaneously), but while you are playing your timeline out you can't cap something else)
