  1. It used to work fine, but lately after one of the updates, I always get the following.
    Any ideas?

  2. Maybe something got corrupted during the update? Try uninstalling then reinstalling. That update works fine here , but I'm XP

  3. I think it must be something to do with Vista which conflicts with the latest update then. Cos I've reformated twice, fresh installed and updated. Always results in this error right after. Dang... should have stayed with XP =p oh well...

  4. Maybe it has to do with the specific task you set it up with?

    Try different conversions / codecs, different source videos, different projects, etc.. do they all get the same error message?

  5. I've tried all the different codecs with their AME presets with the same result.

    If I run AME from a fresh install without installing any of Adobe's updates, it works fine though.
