Using MultiAVCHD i can create a bluray disk to play on my STANDARD BLURAY PLAYER.
On a given day, i will shoot a few idividual cam videos. These videos are m2ts and each video has apx 3 to 7 chapters.(one for each time i push REC)

After a few months i ended up with 50 videos (and apx 200 chapters of film.)

When i burn the disk, i get these 50 individual videos as thumbnails in the DISK MENU.
I can then select and play one; and "scroll" right to go through the chapters in each video.

    MY QUESTION :

Using MultiAVCHD , Is there a way to "group" videos into CUSTOM CATEGORIES first for the DISK MENU ?
[ for example: SUMMER videos, FALL videos, WINTER videos etc.. ]

And then in each category have multiple vids (so imagine instead of 50 titles in the main disk menu, i would have 4 titles first - then each one subdivided by season would have like 15 videos in it)

This is because i have to scroll through 40 thumbnails one by one to get to video 41 for example.(which would be FALL videos.)

thank you in advance for your advices....

  2. You can group each 'scene' (summer/fall) mts files in different folders and then import each folder in "join" mode as a different title.

Put all 'summer' mts files in .\SUMMER\ folder.
Put all 'fall' mts files in .\FALL\ folder... etc...

Drag SUMMER folder to multiAVCHD and you'll be asked if you want to join its contents - click OK and wait. Then do the same for the FALL and WINTER ones.

    wow thank you Dean !

This software is the ultimate tool, EXCELLENT program.

CAN THESE HAVE SUB-FOLDERS TOO ?

  4. No, atm there are no 'sub-titles' available - only main titles - 252 of them and each folder should contain only mts or m2ts (or mpg) and no subfolders.

You can of course create .\SUMMER-1\ .\SUMMER-2\ etc.

I know what you want, but AVCHD/BD is not like the album-type standard
