Does anyone know the region free code voor Samsun Dvd-184?

There may not be one. Most currently sold Samsung DVD players are locked and can't be made region free. We had a thread a few weeks ago about one Samsung model that could still be made region free though. I don't remember what the model number was.

This worked for my DVD-184p (region 2 - I haven't tested the other codes listed). I adapted this from the unlock procedure for other Samsung players, which is a little different.

1. Turn on the machine, and press EJECT to open the drawer.

2. Press the REPEAT button on the remote, followed by a five digit code. This code is different, depending on what region your player is currently set to:

3. If your player was purchased in Region 1:
Press the buttons 2, 9, 3, 3 and 4 on your remote control, in order one at a time
If it was purchased in Region 2:
Press the buttons 5, 7, 5, 3 and 8 on your remote control, in order one at a time, or, failing that 3,8,7,6,7
For Region 3 players:
Press the buttons 5, 6, 7, 3 and 2 on your remote control, in order one at a time
For Region 4 players:
Press the buttons 7, 6, 8, 8 and 4 on your remote control, in order one at a time
For Region 5 players:
Press the buttons 5, 3, 8, 1 and 4 on your remote control, in order one at a time
For Region 6 players:
Press the buttons 2, 4, 4, 6 and 2 on your remote control, in order one at a time

4. A screen will appear displaying the present region and offering the chance to choose a new one. Enter 0 (zero).

5. Put a disc in, close the drawer, and start watching.

I just changed regions on my samsung P390k DVD (worked instruction samsung 191) I can see all regions, but the view is green!!! I dont know what to do? any help?
