    Do UK-ers get any kind of reply from these bastards?
    I've been trying to ask them a simple question off and on
    for the past several months and these jerks never reply.

    Their website is still up and running. Has anyone ordered
    from the recently and received the product?
    They sure as hell don't like replying....or making it easy to contact them.
