    I have a mac and have been using ROXIO TOAST which is a great piece of software but i am buying a PC soon and want something that as good as or better, freeware would be nice but i don't mind paying for a better application.

    Features i want:

    -burns all formats (MKV,AVI,MPG,WMV ect...)
    -Shrinks files without losing quality would be nice but not important
    -Itunes intergration if possible

    ImgBurn is free and we recommend it as it's better than commercial alternatives, but it can't shrink anything. For shrinking DVDs, you should use either DVDRebuilder or DVDShrink. I don't know of any PC burner that has iTunes integration.
