    I'm looking for a video player that you can scrub though the frames, any suggestions ?

    I am too, something where I can drag the slider along the time line and see that frames going by, not still. Like a video editor would.

    I've given up on this, the closest thing I could find costs $200 US. Most if not all freeware \ opensource players don't have this functionality as it's not common.
