video mosaic help.

hi everybody i hope somebody out there can help me.

im tryin to make a video mosaic, and i carnt find any software that can do this, and the overal outcome file is a avi or something.

Any help is better then nothing.

What do you mean by video mosaic - like the photo mosaics ? I haven't seen anything that does it for video, although there are tutorials for creating video walls in after effects or similar which could be tailored to create a more complex mosaic. Very manually intensive though.

Or do you mean a mosaic effect - like a blur by large blocks ?
