Hi.
I tried to import in DVDMaestro my m2v file.
But DVDMaestro do not import it because m2v is not DVD compliant.
Gspot and VDub says my file is a "NTSC 30 fps" instead of 29.97 fps.
Can I correct my m2v file?
Can I change the framerate without deteriorate my file?
And, I'll get into out-of-sync with ac3 track?
Thanks in advance.

Try change the mpeg header frame rate information using DVDPatcher.

Hi, Baldrick.
I've patched m2v file, and now is a "Ntsc 29.97 fps", but...
DvdMaestro open it and show its duration only 1 second!
In "Assests Properties" I read:
MPEG2 NTSC (720 x 480) 29.97 FPS
File Offset: 00:00:00:00
File lenght: 00:00:00:01
Bit rate: 7000000
What's wrong? -
Ok, I found the answer for my problems.
I extract *m2v from Vob's with DGIndex, instead of PGCDemux and all it's ok!
Perhaps there is a bug in PGCDemux.
It's strange, because this problem only occurs on the second disk (the entire film is spread over two discs), while on disc 1, using PGDemux, everything is ok.
However I known DGIndex using the search function on this forum, so ...
