I have Windows XP Pro. I just clicked on the setup.exe file or the VOB2MPG PRO Setup.msi file. If I need to specify a folder how do I do that. My hard drive is I: not C:

You get the option of where to install during the installation process... Replace the C with an I giving I:\VOB2MPG PRO

I don't get that far. As soon as I click on the file the error pops up.

If I'm not mistaken I believe the setup.exe and the VOB2MPG PRO setup.msi could be corrupted files.

What you can do is run at a command prompt:

    Code:
msiexec /i "path to msi file" /l* "path to a log file"
    e.g:

    Code:
    msiexec /i "i:\VOB2MPG PRO Setup.msi" /l* "v2m.log"

and then attach the log file here...
