tmpgenc 4 audio no AAC encoder?

I installed K-Lite Codec Pack and tmpgenc 4 express.
I can't see my tmpgenc 4 audio drop down menu got AAC encoder.
What happen ?only got mp1 I & II/Dolby/L. PCM.
My mkv file's audio is:

you're lucky it does ac3, tmpgenc is a video encoder and ac3 is a fairly new addition to it's audio output. i doubt it will ever do aac. it doesn't use your installed codecs, only it's own. all codec packs are bad news btw.
