Hello nice videohelp forum folks

Well I kinda miss analog television, just because I'm a history buff (also with analog you're still allowed to watch even if the reception is less than perfect! Not an option with DTV!)

"Fortunately" analog is still on the air in...well, South Africa; where I shall be in February and I would like to pick up some fine SABC programming while on the train to Pietermaritzburg.

So, can anyone answer for me

a) where can I find a little, like Sony Watchman-size I'm talking about, portable analog TV that can receive the PAL-formatted broadcasts (or is it PAL-II, or PAL-N, or what?) that are de rigeur in South Africa; and

b) what is the deal re licensing? Would I have to have a license for this set even though I'm a nonresident who will be there for less than two weeks?
