My DVD plays on my PC using MPC-HC by open directory. It's not taking it in my Philips DVP3140. On the player itself, I get error. On my TV, I get bad disc. 3 or 4 of my discs was like that. I burned it using ConvertXtoDVD. I have Vista Home. Nero is failing to burn, or I could have had this to play. What should I do? How do I fix it?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

DVD players are much more particular about burned DVDs than the drive in your computer.
If you aren't able to get new discs, at least burn your next ones with ImgBurn. It's all I've ever used, and I've even had decent (i.e. watchable) burns with lesser-quality discs. Nothing I'd be archiving, but suitable for something that's going to only be viewed a few times. But if you are burning stuff you want to hang on to for a while, definitely step up and get good media.
Hope that helps.
