How about an Audio forum in the Hardware section? Below are the present forums:

    Hardware
    > DVD & Blu-ray Writers
    > DVD Recorders
    > DVD & Blu-ray Players
    > Portable Video
    > Media Center PC / MediaCenters

I just bought a camcorder but the on board mic picks up to much background noise. So I bought an external Tascam Stereo microphone, but I'm still looking for additional audio hardware such as digital recorders, shotgun attachments and other items.

Or perhaps I have missed a forum for this, if so which forum is suitable for Audio Hardware advice?

Or use the camcorder forum, where most camcorder add-on queries go.
