    According to Verbatim's own information...
    http://www.verbatim.com/printable/reference.cfm
    all „White Inkjet“ hub-printable DVD's have 118mm outer diameter.
    They're not, they're 119mm.I know, I use them. Comments?

120mm is the DVD standard, but apparently it's a bit flexible. Or maybe Verbatim is speaking about the data area? There's about a 1mm clear area outside the dye area. I measure about 119mm on most of mine, then the non-data area would take two more ~mm off that.

Discs are written/read from the inside out. Who cares if it's 118, 119, or 120.

if you are trying to print over the entire top surface it matters a mm or two...

minidv2dvd, that only gets you cm not mm, and it only gets you 116.7mm at that.

If you're printing to disc, you want to have a bleed area anyway (2-40mm, depending upon device), so that you get that beautiful wall-to-wall look. Just make sure you let the cd dry a little 1st, and then carefully BLOT to get rid of any excess that's still on the non-printable area.

118mm is pretty standard for printable face. (They're not talking about data area, but the top area for printing)

Sorry, I didn't realize this was about the printable surface. It's obvious when you consider the inner diameters the list range from 21 to 40 mm.

If you set your printer software to print to 118mm using these disks, your finished product has a 1mm white rim on the outside. Why? Because the „top area for printing“ is, in actual fact, 119mm.. My point? Verbatim's specs are misleading if not simply inaccurate.

If you have covered throughout a bleed area, that won't make any difference. Looks more professional, too.

And most manufacturers' discs average 118mm anyway. 1 extra mm on the edge, WHOOP-DEE-DOO! It's not like there's going to be any Important info there...
