    Hi,

I have a WDTV which I am currently using to view DVDs and HD content on a TV. I found a good program to rip DVDs called MakeMKV. The file comes out exactly how I want execpt for the chapter names. Currently they just read Chapter 1, Chapter 2, etc. Is it possible to rename these chapters to something a bit more meaningful? Thanks.

  2. I don't have a WDTV or use MakeMKV, but chapters in .mkv are usually specified by an .xml file. You would just edit the .xml file; you can read the mkvmerge documentation for more information

Thanks for the information. I have had a look at it and it should do what I am after. I am having a little difficulty saving the renamed chapters back to the original file, but I should be able to fix this if I spent more time with it. Thanks again.
