    Hey!!!

XP uses thumbnail Cache as "Thumbs.db" in the folder where images are stored.
Whereas Vista uses Thumbnail cache method as here:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    C:\Users\ANURAG\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Ex plorer\thumbcache_1024.db
    C:\Users\ANURAG\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Ex plorer\thumbcache_256.db
    C:\Users\ANURAG\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Ex plorer\thumbcache_32.db
    C:\Users\ANURAG\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Ex plorer\thumbcache_96.db
    C:\Users\ANURAG\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Ex plorer\thumbcache_idx.db
    C:\Users\ANURAG\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Ex plorer\thumbcache_sr.db
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now, I want to know that:
That this cache is made when I put certain images in one folder
and again this cache builds-up when I put these same images in another folder
Thus increasing its size!!! (for NO use)....
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And I don't want to delete this cache as it provides faster view of the images
recently I deleted this cache which went up to 1GB.

    plz help!!!
    Hope you understand my problem!!!

Buy a bigger hdd and not worry about it,windows restore uses much more space, delete the restore images if you want to save space.
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

    Thnkx a lot..
But that's not the answer I was waiting for..
I have already deleted restore images from system volume information
    by changing its access rights..

Tell me something so that I'm able to manage these
    Cache files..
    Thnkx.
